Q1: Probe Cannot be Detected

1. Disconnect During Charging: Ensure the probe is removed from the Smart Hub as it cannot establish a connection while
charging.
2. Low Battery: If the probe has run out of power, insert it into the Smart Hub for a minimum of 5 minutes. A 5-minute charge
provides up to 3 hours of usage, and a 2-hour charge extends usage to an impressive 48 hours.
3. Temperature Conditions: In cases where the ambient temperature falls below -14°F, first attempt to raise the
temperature by inserting the probe into warm water before connecting the probe to the device, and then commence cooking.

1. Smart Hub is out of power: Insert 2 AAA batteries or charge the Smart Hub continuously using the cable.
2. Smart Hub is not turned on: To activate the device, press and hold the power switch button for 2 seconds.
